BRİMAN PIPOLY-100 is a special polyol formulation designed for two-component polyurethane discontinuous processes. Thanks to its low viscosity it provides convenience, homogenous distribution and high labor productivity.
In the tests performed at 140°C for 24 hours, the volume change has been monitored as only 1/1000.
Our Briman PIPOLY-100 product is used in production of rigid foam complying with EN253 standard which is designed for thermal insulating pipes.
The temperature of the Polyol and PMDI are recommended to be between 21°C and 25°C. Besides the mould temperature must be between 15°C and 25°C. Observance of these temperatures are highly recommended to create the material’s optimal reaction profile and accordingly production of the required-quality foam and optimal adhesion.
